Compensation

The wage for this position is $19-$21 per hour depending on experience.

What will you do in this job?

  • Coordinate with Maintenance Manager and Supervisors 

  • Ensure adequate upkeep of mechanical equipment
  • Perform repairs and maintenance in guest rooms and common areas of the property
  • Tracking and performing preventative maintenance 
  • Caring for walk ways, lawns and flower gardens
  • Garbage removal as necessary 

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  • Current Alberta Driver's License
  • Able to speak, read, write and understand English
  • Basic computer skills an asset
  • Able to lift up to 20lbs (frequently) up to 100lbs (occasionally)
  • Prior maintenance experience in a hotel environment
  • Previous trade experience an asset

  • Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
