The hourly wage for this position is $19.50.

• Work closely with the food and beverage management team to ensure the highest standards of service are met
• Assist in the efficient supervision of the outlet’s staff
• Leading the team with a positive attitude and recognizing a job well done
• Wine knowledge is an asset (WSET or relevant designation)
• Providing daily oversight of Brazen Bar, including function and logistics organization, increasing sales and profitability, establishment and consistent delivery of exceptional guest service standards
• P/L responsibility for all aspects of the Brazen Bar
• Assist with the training, development and retention of high quality team members
• Ability to bring creativity to our established cocktail program
• Experience building menus and associated costing
• Anticipate key issues and informational needs and be prepared to discuss ongoing performance and functions that will enhance the performance of the Gondola food and beverage operations
• Become deeply ingrained in the operations of food and beverage in order to drive employee satisfaction, guest satisfaction and financial performance
• Provide leadership and coaching that fosters an environment of problem solving, service, teamwork, accuracy and speed, improved business practices and attract and retain superior talent on our team
• Make employee and guest safety a cultural cornerstone to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocate
• Provide support to all of the Company’s research and guest satisfaction programs
• All day to day operational issues providing daily supervision to Brazen
• Assist with training, staffing, development, staff meetings, scheduling and payroll submissions
• Assist with planning and execution of functions
• Ordering, inventory and stock stake
• Cross promotion of all Pursuit attractions and divisions

• High attention to detail and good communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with cash control procedures
• Food & Beverage background
• Experience in similar leadership role an asset
• Thrives in a fast paced and high energy work environment
• Experience with best in class operating systems, training, staff development and the operational management of large and complex operations

• Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
