What will you do in this job?

The Transportation Coordinator is part of an efficient and productive team helping manage the day-to-day operations of all aspects of Brewster Transportation Services, including but not limited to Charter, Brewster Express, and Sightseeing.

Responsibilities of the position include:   

  • Daily organization of passenger lists and pickup locations of Brewster Sightseeing and Brewster Express services.
  • Radio communication with driver team to confirm all guests are picked up and are transfer to their appropriate Brewster Sightseeing tour or Brewster Express transfer.
  • Organizing of taxi and van service to provide transportation for guests at various pickup locations.
  • Assist in various transportation positions including direct ticket sales, guest loading, and guest meet and greets
  • Producing booking confirmations and follow up with clients including taking payments through a direct POS system
  • Maintaining open communication and actively participating in relationship building with the Pursuit Central Reservations team
  • Administrative duties including filing of paperwork

What skills and experience do you need for this job?
