What will you do in this job?

  • You will be operating smaller class vehicles within the Brewster Transportation Fleet
  • Responsible for providing the start of our Brewster Express or Brewster Sightseeing experiences as you will be picking up guests and delivering them to our motor coaches
  • Drop off guest at locations where motor coaches cannot access including local residents
  • Special transfer requests that includes but is not limited to special guest transfers or delivery of special items
  • Contribute to making the guest experience as memorable, entertaining, and informative as possible
  • Safely operating various types of motor coaches
  • Ensuring our guests expectations are consistently met and exceeded
  • Meeting the service goals and expectations

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  • Alberta Class 4 or 2 license with no more than 5 demerit points
  • Excellent guest service skills with an approachable and interactive nature
  • A positive and passionate personality, with the natural ability to communicate with people
  • Mature approach towards work by taking ownership and responsibility in high stress situations
  • Must be able to comply with National Safety Code Regulations, US Department of Transport regulation and our Corporate Policy which include Drug and Alcohol Policies
  • Ability to load and lift luggage up to 50lbs/32 kgs
  • Must provide a driver's abstract dated within the last 30 days
  • Adhere to grooming policy and operate under our Always Honest policy

  • Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
