Assisting the Guest Services Supervisor with supporting, coaching, and encouraging the Guest Services team to provide upbeat and professional service that goes above and beyond our guests’ expectations.
The role of the Guest Experience Lead Hand is to assist the Guest Experience Manager and Supervisors with supporting, coaching, and encouraging the Guest Experience team to provide upbeat and professional service that goes above and beyond our guests’ expectations. Attention to detail and effective communication skills are a must, but a passion for making a difference for each guest and employee is the most important aspect of this position. The Lead Hand position will support all facets of the Guest Experience department in a “hands-on” manner by jumping in to help in any or all of the job components of a Guest Experience Agent.
